Pricing.
Three numbers: a fixed price to scope it, a sprint price to build it, and a monthly price to keep it growing. Discovery ends with the total for your product, in writing.
Discovery
$4,500
fixed · 1 week
Goals, users, constraints, the agent's job if there is one. Two workshops. Ends with a written scope, a plan and the price for your product.
Credited to the build if you continue.
Build
$16,000
per two-week sprint
Design, engineering and the AI work, in two-week sprints. You see progress as it happens and decide at the end of every sprint: keep going, pause, or stop.
Stop after any sprint and keep everything shipped so far.
Support and growth
$5,000
a month and up · after launch
Monitoring, fixes, OS and model updates, new features and a monthly roadmap call, from the team that built it.
Optional. Take the code and walk away instead; it's yours either way.
The small print.
The parts of a price that people ask about.
- Payments
- Discovery is paid to start. Each two-week sprint is invoiced before it begins, and you can stop after any of them.
- Scope changes
- Anything new goes on the list for the next sprint; nothing changes mid-sprint. You decide what the next sprint contains.
- Ownership
- The repository, the designs, the prompts, the evals and the data are yours from the first commit.
- Third-party costs
- App Store and Play accounts, hosting, model usage and any paid services run on your own accounts, billed to you directly at cost.
- Growth partners
- The agencies that run growth after launch invoice through the same plan, coordinated by your lead. Or contract them directly.
- Bigger platforms
- Some products need more than a typical MVP. Discovery says so up front, with the plan and the total in writing.
