Terms of use.
Effective 3 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website, run by soooftware ("we", "us"), a software studio based in the United States. By using the site you agree to them. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.
What this site is
The site describes our services and lets you get in touch. Prices, timelines and descriptions on the site are indicative. They are not an offer; a proposal we send you in writing after discovery is the offer, and the agreement we sign together is the contract.
Getting in touch
When you send a brief, request the checklist or book a call, you agree that we may contact you about it. Anything you send us before an agreement is signed is not confidential unless we agree otherwise in writing; please don't send trade secrets through the form. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Our content
The text, drawings, design and code of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and link to the site; you may not copy, scrape or reuse its content or design without our written permission. Client work shown on the site belongs to the clients concerned and is shown with their permission.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, probe or overload it, no automated submission of the forms, and no use of the contact channels for unsolicited marketing.
Third-party services
Call bookings run through Cal.com and the site uses PostHog for analytics. Those services have their own terms and policies, which apply to your use of them. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
No warranties
The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but make no promises that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and nothing on it is professional advice for your specific situation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which soooftware is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about the site will be brought in the courts of that state.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
