What we do.
We design, build, launch and grow mobile apps, web apps and AI agents, as one team from idea to revenue. Three parts, one team accountable for all of them.
Native on iPhone and Android, and on the web with Next.js.
Design and build.
A week of discovery, then the product: native or cross-platform mobile apps, typed web apps, and AI agents that do real work inside them. Store listings and the production deploy are ours on launch day.
Discovery
One week to map the problem, the users and the risky assumption — and leave with a scope and a real estimate.
Week 1 · Fixed $4,500, credited to the build
Product design
Flows, interfaces and a design system that make the app — and the agent inside it — feel inevitable.
Weeks 2–9 · Included in each sprint
Prototype & MVP
A clickable prototype in front of real users in two weeks, then a working MVP in the store — not a deck.
Weeks 2–3 · $16,000 per two-week sprint
Mobile apps
Native iOS and Android apps — fast, offline-aware, and in both stores from one team.
Weeks 4–9 · $16,000 per two-week sprint
Web apps
Fast, typed, tested web apps — from the marketing site to the data-heavy dashboard behind it.
Weeks 4–9 · $16,000 per two-week sprint
AI agents inside the app
Not a chatbot bolted on the side. The agent and the product are designed together, so the agent does real work inside your app.
Weeks 1–10 · Part of the build, not an add-on
Backend & infra
APIs, data and cloud infrastructure that hold up under real load — and tell you before users notice.
Weeks 4–9 · Included in each sprint
Launch
Store listings, production deploy, monitoring — we own launch day end-to-end, then keep iterating.
Week 10 · Included in the last sprint
Launch and grow.
Growth is planned in discovery with the product, not bolted on at launch. The agencies we bring in are ones we've launched with before, coordinated by your lead, measured against the numbers your next round needs.
Phiture
Paid acquisition and app store optimisation.
Ran growth on three of our launches. The cost per install held as the budgets grew.
NoGood
Lifecycle email, content and launch PR.
Two launches with us. Their onboarding emails lifted week-one retention on both.
Moburst
Creative, influencer and video campaigns.
Made the launch videos for Grove. Three million views, and the installs to show for it.
After launch.
Most founders keep us on a monthly retainer. Some keep building in sprints. Either way the code, the designs and the data were always yours.
Support and growth
Monitoring, fixes, OS and model updates, new features and a monthly roadmap call, from the team that built it.
After launch · From $5,000 a month
More sprints
The weekly build continues after launch: new features from what the numbers say, planned alongside the growth work.
$16,000 per two-week sprint
Or take the code
The repository, the designs, the prompts, the evals and the data are yours from the first commit. Run it yourself, or hand it to anyone.
No lock-in, ever
