Inventory and order management platform built for independent e-commerce merchants.

Crate's merchants were running inventory on spreadsheets and gut feel. We mapped the order-to-shelf workflow, designed a back office that still works on a phone at the warehouse door, and replaced the spreadsheets in under four months.
Every screen people use: what it does, the decision behind it, and the details.

Every SKU with stock, cost, price and margin, sortable and filterable at a few thousand rows. Low stock is flagged inline, so the list doubles as the reorder view.

One product with its variants, suppliers, movement history and where it sells. Edits save as you type, and every change sits in the history with who made it.

Orders from every channel in one stream as they arrive, with fulfilment status at a glance. Shopify, Amazon and the merchant's own site look identical here, on purpose.

The order, the customer, the items and the shipment, plus the actions: pick, pack, refund, note. Built for the person doing fifty of these an hour.

Suppliers with lead times, minimums and the SKUs they supply. Purchase orders are drafted from low-stock alerts, so restocking is a review, not a form.

Sales, margin, sell-through and stock cover by product, channel and period. Every report exports in the shape the merchant's accountant asked for.

What runs out when, from the real sell rate and the supplier's lead time, not a fixed threshold. The alert includes the suggested order quantity.

Products, stock counts and suppliers from spreadsheets, with a preview and per-row validation before anything is written. Migrating from the old system took an afternoon.
“We went from spreadsheets to a fully custom system in under four months. The attention to detail in the UX was beyond what we expected at this budget.”
